Help with voice calls, video calls, microphone, camera and connection issues.
End-to-end encryption, Vault, PIN protection, blocked users and privacy settings.
Login problems, verification, changing account information and account deletion.
Creating channels, publishing content, managing members and channel discovery.
Open Ethamor, choose Sign up, enter the requested account details, and follow the verification steps shown in the app. If the sign-up screen does not complete, check your connection and contact us with your device model and a screenshot of the error.
Ethamor is being designed as a privacy-first messenger, and end-to-end encryption coverage is part of the security roadmap before broad production access. We do not want to overstate unfinished security behavior; check the Security page for the current model and limits.
Open a conversation and use the call controls when they are available for that chat. If a call cannot connect, check microphone or camera permission, your network connection, and whether the other person is available.
Disappearing messages are intended to reduce how long selected messages remain visible in a conversation. If the option is available in your chat, use the timer or chat settings shown there. Remember that recipients may still see, copy, or screenshot content before it disappears.
Vault is intended as a protected space for sensitive items inside Ethamor. Where available, use the Vault or security settings shown in the app and keep your device passcode secure. We will document final Vault behavior more precisely as the production app is hardened.
Go to the channel or create area in Ethamor, choose the channel option, add a name and description, then publish when you are ready. Use channel settings to manage visibility and members where those controls are available.
Open the person’s profile or the relevant conversation and look for block, report, or safety controls. For serious safety concerns, email the Ethamor team with the username, a description of what happened, and screenshots if relevant.
Use the account settings in the app if account deletion is available there. If you cannot find the option, contact us from the email connected to your account and ask for account deletion support.
Ethamor should only use location when a feature needs it, such as location-aware services, ride or place discovery, if those features are enabled. You can control location permission through your device settings. Do not grant location access unless you want that feature to use it.
Contact discovery should be controlled by the user and clearly explained in the app. If a contact permission prompt appears, review it before allowing access. You can also manage contact permissions in your device settings.
Contact the Ethamor team for account problems, bugs, safety concerns, or other questions. Include enough detail so we can understand the issue quickly.
Contact SupportIf you see abusive content or behavior, use the report or block controls inside Ethamor where available. For serious safety concerns, contact the team directly and include the username, channel, group, screenshots, and a short description of what happened.
